The Howell Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 19, will host the lunch and learn workshop "Developing and Implementing Your Business Plan," at the Chamber Foundation, 123 E. The program is geared toward owners seeking guidance with businesses already open, and will provide details on accounting principles, when to seek outside assistance, projections for start-ups and recommendations on implementing effective business plans.
