The engineer accused of killing a cabdriver in Tysons Corner has told police that he shot the driver in self-defense after the driver became angry over his inability to pay a $130 tab.

A Collin County man's cellphone reception might have been clearer than his thinking last night.

The 23-year-old stripped naked and climbed a cellular tower in the small town of Lowry Crossing.

Andrew Arnold, of Princeton, is in the Collin County jail today.

He spent seven hours in the buff atop the cellphone tower -- for reasons he has yet to explain to authorities.
